Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Data and AI Architect to join our Data & AI Technology group within the Digital Engineering Solutions domain. This role drives architectural guidance and solution development for data and AI initiatives across the firm.

The ideal candidate will design scalable, secure data and AI architectures, translate business needs into technical designs, and collaborate with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights for AEC projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with data management lifecycle including governance and security.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and Databricks.
• Proven ability to develop highly complex data and AI architectures.
• Excellent written and oral communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, data analysts and stakeholders.
• Willingness to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design scalable, secure data and AI architectures.
