Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data/analytics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data management, or data governance.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for analytics.
• Strong understanding of data governance concepts, including metadata, lineage, privacy, controls, and risk management.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and security governance for AI use cases.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, analytical models, metrics, and reporting solutions using governed data sources.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Data & AI Governance frameworks, policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
• Partner with data owners, stewards, stakeholders, and technical teams to define analytic requirements and improve data quality.
• Contribute to metadata repositories, data catalogs, glossaries, dictionaries, and lineage to improve transparency.
• Assess Data & AI use cases for data readiness, governance requirements, privacy, security, and responsible AI risks; document findings.
• Perform data profiling, validation, reconciliation, and quality monitoring; help define data quality rules and remediation actions.
• Communicate analytical findings, governance requirements, and risk clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Follow all applicable data governance, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI policies to protect data and analytics.
