Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Dashboards/ Power BI Expert to build BI tools for NEPS and BFMC, supporting NAVSEA KPI tracking and performance reporting. The role involves designing dashboards that present KPIs clearly, with fast at-a-glance visuals for executives and stakeholders.

The position requires expertise in Power BI, Excel, Power Apps, and data visualization, plus experience with NAVSEA systems such as NEPS, N-ERP, EDW, PBIS, and ADVANA/JUPITER. Security clearance and US citizenship are prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BFMC representative on Warfare Center EDC to leverage Dashboard and BI capabilities.
• Serve as BFMC expert on applications, workflow, and process optimization design and development.
• Participate as BFMC member on the NAVSEA NEPS Advisory Group to understand data requirements and KPIs.
• Identify, evaluate, and deploy Dashboard or BI tools to collect, process, analyze, and report data for business decisions.
• Develop and refine NAVSEA dashboard solutions to monitor OSD Obligation and Expenditure goals, GAO audits, and POM impacts.
• Leverage ADVANA and War Data Foundry to streamline reporting and analytics.
