Job summary

HCI Systems, Inc. is seeking skilled DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems) Designers and Senior Designers to design and generate DAS/ERRCS/shop drawings, perform RF modeling, and prepare technical submittals and closeout documents.

You will coordinate with project managers, RF vendors, GCs, and building owners to ensure compliant, code‑ready systems. The role requires strong AutoCAD expertise, familiarity with iBwave, NFPA codes, and RF/telecom standards, with the opportunity to work on high‑rise,

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD proficiency and familiarity with Revit.
• Experience with RF modeling tools like iBwave and RF/ERRCS design.
• Knowledge of NFPA 1221/1225, local AHJ requirements and FCC rules.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft DAS/ERRCS shop drawings for various facilities.
• Perform RF modeling, heat mapping, link budget, and predictive coverage analysis.
• Coordinate designs with engineers, GCs, and owners to ensure compliant systems.
• Prepare RF test plans, commissioning reports, and data sheets.
• Maintain engineering libraries and templates; apply CAD/BIM standards.
• Review plans and resolve design issues with multiple technical solutions.
