Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking a Technical Lead with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 SCM experience to lead architecture, integrations and technical delivery for a large-scale supply chain modernization program. This is a 100% remote role.

The candidate will drive solution architecture for D365 SCM, oversee WMS/Inventory/Order Management, and lead integrations with external systems while maintaining an OOTB-first approach and DSCSA compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years with Dynamics 365 or ERP platforms.
• Prior experience leading technical teams and large-scale implementations.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for D365 SCM, Power Platform and integrations.
• Design and oversee Warehouse, Inventory and Order Management solutions.
• Drive an out-of-the-box first approach with minimal customizations.
• Support integrations with Salesforce, FedEx, FDA/EPCIS and other platforms.
• Work with Azure API Management, MuleSoft and Azure integration tech.
