Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Implementation Architect to lead end-to-end D365 Finance projects for mid-market and enterprise clients in the United States. You will partner with CFOs and operations leaders, champion architecture decisions, and drive transformation roadmaps across manufacturing and distribution environments.

The role offers strategic impact, autonomy, and opportunities to grow into leadership within Crowe's D365 practice, with travel as part of the engagement

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading D365 Finance implementations.
• Proven track record delivering full lifecycle D365 Finance projects.
• Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash/Bank, Financial Reporting, Projects, Costing).
• Ability to architect the solution and guide teams through execution.
• Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution; Metals exposure valued.
• Experience with procurement and inventory modules in D365 ecosystem.
• D365 certifications in Finance or related modules; CPA, CMA, or CFA a plus.
• Prior consulting experience within a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Advise senior stakeholders to define requirements and transformation roadmaps.
• Set solution direction and guide delivery teams to meet scope, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead functional design, feature optimization, data integrity, and user experience improvements.
• Participate in quality reviews and steer project teams through design, prototyping, and deployment phases.
• Mentor team members and support growth of the D365 offering.
• Engage in internal initiatives to strengthen Crowe's D365 capability.
