Job summary

Crowe in the United States is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Implementation Architect to lead end-to-end D365 Finance implementations for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will shape solution architecture, guide delivery teams, and collaborate with CFOs and Operations leaders on transformation roadmaps, with autonomy and a clear path to practice leadership.

Flexible, project-based travel expected (25%–50%), with a strong emphasis on client outcomes and quality.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on D365 Finance implementation leadership experience.
Proven track record delivering complex, full-lifecycle D365 Finance projects.
Strong functional expertise across core finance and operational modules.
Ability to Architect the solution, translate requirements into designs, and guide teams.
Excellent communication with C-suite and director-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Architect and lead end-to-end D365 Finance solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
Advise CFOs and Operations leaders to define requirements and roadmaps.
Set solution direction and guide delivery teams to meet scope and quality.
Lead design, data integrity, and user experience improvements for platform value.
Mentor team members and contribute to D365 methodologies and accelerators.
