Their team partners with manufacturing and supply chain companies to streamline processes, drive efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives. Position Overview:

The client is seeking a Lead Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), specifically within the manufacturing sector. This individual will take a leadership role in client engagements, acting as both a solution expert and a trusted advisor. You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of D365 solutions, working directly with client leadership and internal project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with a strong focus on manufacturing and production processes.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, business process reviews, and requirements gathering workshops.
  • Design, configure, and deploy scalable, high-quality D365 solutions that meet client business needs.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and data migrations.
  • Develop functional specifications for system enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
  • Identify and manage project risks, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with Microsoft product updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance client offerings.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012), with strong experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven ability to lead functional tracks and client workshops independently.
  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production control, supply chain management, inventory, and warehousing.
  • Experience configuring D365 F&O modules such as Production Control, Inventory Management, Master Planning, and Procurement and Sourcing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and drive project success.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 F&O or related areas are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
