Ericsson is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect / Technical Lead to own and govern the D365 Finance & Operations platform within our ERP delivery organization. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, secure solutions and lead cross-functional teams across architecture, integration, and enablement initiatives.

You will drive solution design decisions, oversee deployments, and mentor engineers while collaborating with stakeholders and partners to optimize the ERP

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years in enterprise ERP solutions with at least 5 years on D365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience designing large-scale ERP architectures and leading complex implementations.
• Experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, APIs or middleware.
• Strong ERP knowledge across finance, procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, automated testing, and release management.
• Deep understanding of ERP security models, RBAC and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable, secure D365 Finance & Operations solutions and oversee implementation.
• Lead design workshops translating business/technical requirements into architecture decisions.
• Define architectures across D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Order Management.
• Architect and govern D365 integrations with Azure services and middleware.
• Establish architecture principles, security practices, and governance processes.
• Lead design, code, architecture reviews and ERP deployment planning.
• Define D365 environment strategy, ALM approach and DevOps practices.
• Guide data migration, master data, data quality and data management strategies.
• Monitor and improve solution performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Mentor developers and consultants through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate Microsoft roadmaps and modernization opportunities.
