Job summary

HSO is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations from initiation to go-live in the United States, including Indianapolis area engagements.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communications to ensure client satisfaction. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of D365 F&O experience are required, with 8+ years in large ERP projects and PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5+ years of D365 F&O implementation experience.
• 8+ years of managing large ERP/CRM software projects and development teams.
• Previous experience as Lead Consultant or PM for a D365 F&O implementation.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Building client/partner relationships.
• Prioritizing tasks and communicating commitments with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 F&O implementations across the full project lifecycle.
• Scope, time, cost, and risk management.
• Facilitate design sessions and gather requirements.
• Lead steering committee meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Support and manage project teams, schedules, scopes, risks/issues, and expectations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
