DuBois Chemicals, Inc. seeks an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Team Lead and Solution Architect to lead a functional consultant team across SCM, Finance and Power Platform while serving as the primary solution architect for enterprise business applications.

This role partners with IT leadership to define strategic roadmaps and drive continuous improvement across D365 F&O. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years ERP experience, 5+ years in D365 F&O, and a proven track record of

Qualifications

10+ years of ERP experience with at least 5+ years focused on D365 F&O.
5+ years of leadership experience managing functional consulting teams.
Strong hands-on configuration experience across D365 Finance and D365 SCM.
Experience leading enterprise-wide ERP implementations and upgrades.
Experience integrating D365 F&O with third-party enterprise applications.
Proven experience with Azure DevOps, ALM, and ERP release management.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Solution Architect certification.

Responsabilités

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of D365 functional consultants across SCM, Finance, and Power Platform.
Define enterprise application strategy and roadmap with IT leadership and stakeholders.
Serve as the lead solution architect for D365 F&O and related enterprise applications.
Oversee integrations with Banking Portals, Coupa, Flintfox, Odyssey Logistics, and Workday; design API and middleware patterns.
Govern ALM processes, deployment pipelines, and release management across DEV, TEST, PROD.
Partner with Director, IT Applications to drive continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.
