DuBois Chemicals, Inc. in Sharonville, Ohio is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Team Lead and Solution Architect to guide a team of functional consultants across SCM, Finance, and Power Platform while serving as the lead architect for enterprise business applications.

The role combines leadership, architecture, and ERP program delivery to define the strategic roadmap and drive continuous improvement of D365 F&O within a global manufacturing and distribution environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of ERP experience with at least 5+ years focused on D365 F&O.
5+ years of leadership experience managing functional consulting teams.
Strong hands-on configuration experience across D365 Finance and D365 SCM.
Experience leading enterprise-wide ERP implementations and upgrades.
Experience integrating D365 F&O with third-party enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of D365 functional consultants across SCM, Finance, and Power Platform.
Serve as the lead solution architect for enterprise applications centered around Dynamics 365 F&O.
Govern application architecture standards and design reviews.
Design scalable, secure business solutions spanning Finance, Procurement, SCM, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing.
