EY seeks a senior Cyber Threat and Vulnerability Management professional to help clients deploy advanced SIEM and SOAR solutions and manage complex security programs. You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor consultants, and deliver high‑impact security services in a fast‑paced environment.

The role emphasizes client engagement, solution design, and ongoing learning in Cybersecurity advancements, with extensive travel and direct client interaction across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of information security experience with SIEM/SOAR.
• 3 years of consulting experience.
• 2 years of networking, OS fundamentals and security technologies experience.
• 2 years of leading process definition and integration of SIEM and SOAR capabilities into business operations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike NextGen SIEM, or Google Chronicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams delivering security and IT risk solutions.
• Engage with clients daily, leading sessions and workstreams.
• Manage engagement economics and budgets.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
