Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer – Cybersecurity / ISSO to provide systems engineering and security for Army biometric systems. You will maintain RMF/ATO docs, continuous-monitoring artifacts, and participate in security engineering, cloud security, and operational sustainment.

The role requires DoD RMF experience and a current security clearance. The position focuses on collaboration with DevOps and platform teams, vulnerability management, and system hardening across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 7 years of systems engineering experience.
• Hands-on DoD/Army RMF and eMASS support experience.
• Experience maintaining an active ATO and continuous-monitoring program; POA&M management.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53/800-37 and biometric systems; CI/CD experience.
• Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Act as contractor ISSO and main interface with government cybersecurity personnel.
• Maintain RMF/ATO documentation, SSP evidence, POA&M, STIGs, and continuous-monitoring artifacts.
• Coordinate vulnerability scanning, STIG assessments, and IAVA/IAVM responses.
• Support AWS GovCloud security including IAM, logging, encryption, and network security.
• Hardening Linux/Windows, cloud, and network components; incident response planning.
