Job summary

Interclypse, Inc. is seeking a senior cybersecurity engineering leader to guide the implementation and optimization of security solutions for Maryland state agencies.

You will drive Zero Trust adoption, integrate AI and automation to enhance threat detection, and act as a subject matter expert for security architecture. This on-site role requires 8+ years in systems engineering, network administration, or cybersecurity, plus a Bachelor’s degree (Master's preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, network administration, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years managing security engineering projects and leading technical responses during major cybersecurity incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical leadership for the implementation and optimization of cybersecurity solutions.
• Drives the operationalization of Zero Trust architectures and the integration of AI and automation to enhance threat detection.
• Serves as a subject matter expert for security engineering and architecture services.
