Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Security Solution Architect in California to lead end-to-end solution development for cybersecurity engagements and drive value propositions at client sites.

The role requires deep expertise across threat detection, cloud security, identity and access management, and related domains, with a track record of guiding complex deals and workshops. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of IT experience with cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, software development.
• At least 7 years in one Cybersecurity domain (e.g., Threat Detection and Response, Cloud Security, IAM...).
• Minimum of 10 years in delivery or solution architecture for cybersecurity domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads solution development with in-depth analysis of variable factors and complex problems.
• Applies critical thinking to solve unique scenarios with no predefined solution.
• Owns deal pursuits methods and procedures.
• Collaborates with SMEs for inputs/outputs across consulting, delivery, pricing, and proposals.
• Leads large/complex deal shaping activities, client workshops, co-innovation and due diligence.
• Exhibits excellent leadership, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Manages stakeholders and interacts with senior leadership, accepting alternate approaches when needed.
• Executes strategic direction set by senior management for the team.
