What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop software to automate tests of security controls and measure application security maturity
- Lead the transformation of a proof-of-concept solution into a mature application
- Implement additional control validation use cases and make data accessible via REST APIs and/or interactive websites
- Support additional software development and reporting initiatives as needed
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years experience OR Master’s Degree with 6 years experience OR PhD with 2 years experience in software engineering and information security
- Proven experience in software development and security engineering
- Strong understanding of information security principles, including application security and infrastructure security
- Advanced Python programming skills
- Ability to design metrics and reports to communicate technical security insights to leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building distributed hybrid cloud solutions in AWS
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud solutions that include both on-premise and cloud-hosted components
