Job summary
Nisga'a Tek, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert Lead to provide expert support, research, and analysis for highly complex cybersecurity problems. The role focuses on DoD standards, RMF artifacts, and vulnerability reporting across enterprise environments.
The candidate will lead teams, coordinate with leadership, and drive technical directions to ensure inspection readiness and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, including STIGs and tool configurations.
Qualifications
- Experience leading and mentoring cybersecurity teams to DoD standards and inspection readiness.
- Hands-on experience preparing enterprise environments for DoD cybersecurity inspections (CORA/CCRI/Blue Team).
- Experience assessing security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large organizations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction for cybersecurity assessment programs and complex problems.
- Develop and maintain RMF artifacts and CH, SSP, and related documentation.
- Generate audit-ready cybersecurity reports and risk findings for leadership.
