Job summary

Nisga’a CIOPS is seeking a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert to support PACAF Defensive Cyber Operations and Mission Assurance. You will deliver RMF/FISMA support to mission owners, provide policy guidance, and mentor cyber forces to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities include A&A validation, RMF artifact development, and maintaining A&A packages in DoD systems. Travel up to 40% to PACAF MOBs and GSUs may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver RMF/FISMA support and guidance to mission owners.
• Experience with A&A validation using DoD/NIST standards.
• Experience creating RMF artifacts and delivering RMF packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist PACAF MOBs & GSUs with FISMA, DoD, and AF cybersecurity directives.
• Conduct on-site/virtual A&A validation using STIGs and NIST standards.
• Develop and maintain RMF products for theater circuits/enclaves via eMASS.
• Prepare System Security Plans, POAMs, and risk assessments.
