Job summary

Connected Logistics in the National Capital Region is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cybersecurity support services for the DoS Directorate of Technology and CST. You will coordinate multiple call orders, interface with CO/COR, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with federal standards.

The role requires developing detailed project plans, managing schedules, risk registers, and quality reviews for major deliverables to meet government expectations in a hybrid

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience managing large-scale cybersecurity programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Current PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Current Secret clearance.
• Experience working with the DoS preferred.
• Experience managing contracts of similar size and complexity.
• Experience with federal government cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate multiple call orders with detailed project plans and milestones.
• Ensure monthly status reports and resource allocations are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain risk registers and mitigation plans for high/critical risks.
• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule and program management plan.
• Ensure quality reviews are conducted for major deliverables before Government submission.
