Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity or related field.
• Minimum five years in cybersecurity or IT leadership preferred.
• Certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide cybersecurity and privacy program development.
• Oversee identity and access management and incident response planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor security policies and controls.
• Coordinate audits, risk assessments and data privacy reviews.
• Manage department budget and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity Officer on policy and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards.
• Supervise staff and drive professional development.
