Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: An associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or other related technical discipline is preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience in a computer‑related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience administering multi‑user, shared processor systems and data communications networks.

Responsibilities

• Provides day‑to‑day administration of identified cybersecurity platforms (e.g., EDR, SIEM).
• Assists with user account management, system monitoring, patching, and updating service components under guidance of senior administrators.
• Helps troubleshoot and resolve service issues and maintain service documentation.
