Job summary

Stryker Corporation seeks a Senior Manager, Cybersecurity, Metrics and Reporting to lead enterprise strategy, governance, and execution of cybersecurity performance measurement, analytics, and reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or product security.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, business intelligence, data analytics, or performance reporting.
• Experience developing and governing enterprise cybersecurity metrics, KPIs, KRIs, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Experience delivering executive, board, or regulatory reporting supports strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the enterprise cybersecurity metrics, reporting, and analytics strategy.
• Serve as enterprise leader for cybersecurity measurement and reporting to senior leadership.
• Influence strategy, investment prioritization, and risk management through analytics and reporting.
• Establish reporting maturity roadmaps and continuous improvement for measurement capabilities.
• Lead initiatives to automate reporting, dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled analytics.
