Magna International’s Group Cybersecurity team within Magna Powertrain (MPT) seeks a Sr. Specialist Cybersecurity to lead, enforce, and monitor group-wide security policies. This hybrid role based in Troy, MI, supports IT, OT, and Product Cybersecurity, ensuring security requirements are implemented across locations.

You will monitor KPIs, guide IT/OT security operations, remediate audit findings, assess risks, and perform AI risk assessments in line with Magna standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Security, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 8+ years of IT and security experience.

Responsabilidades

• Act as cybersecurity leader; monitor KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Advise IT and OT on security operations and processes.
• Remediate IT audit findings with stakeholders and track progress.
• Assess risks for assets/services and define mitigations with timelines.
• Conduct AI risk assessments aligned with standards.
• Support ISMS and maintain risk registers; contribute to disaster recovery planning.
