Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking an Information Systems Security Officer (Cybersecurity Senior ISSM) to oversee cybersecurity activities for day-to-day security operations and software development lifecycles at Randolph AFB, TX. The role requires DoD RMF experience, certification readiness, and strong collaboration with program management and AF stakeholders. Onsite work at Randolph AFB/San Antonio, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
• 5+ years in DoW OR 15 years directly related experience with 8 in DoW.
• Personnel certification for DCWF ISSM work role (722) at senior level.

Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate operational cybersecurity posture for IT assets.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation and authorization status.
• Develop ISCM strategy with PM/AO and monitor changes.
• Continuously monitor IT environment for security events and config changes.
• Provide required training and certification for ISSO personnel.
