Job summary

Visa seeks an experienced Incident Response professional to lead security incidents at its Cyber Fusion Centers. You will coordinate with Cyber Defense and Engineering teams, perform threat hunting, and refine detections and playbooks to strengthen the company’s cyber defenses.

The role requires deep expertise in incident response, malware analysis, and network security, with a track record of mentoring analysts and delivering thorough incident documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant cybersecurity work experience with a degree or 8+ years with equivalent.
• Bachelor's in CS/Info Systems or related field.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCFA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage cybersecurity incidents end-to-end from detection to eradication.
• Perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes and impacts.
• Mentor junior analysts and develop incident response playbooks and runbooks.
• Develop and refine detection rules and automate response workflows.
• Provide detailed incident reports and coordinate with Cyber Defense teams.
