Job summary

Western & Southern Financial Group in Cincinnati seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Specialist – Vulnerability Management to lead the Vulnerability Management Program, driving risk decisions with IT and business leaders.

You will configure scanners (Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable), develop reports in ServiceNow, and guide remediation with a focus on OWASP Top 10 and NIST CSF controls, while presenting risk outcomes to executives.

Senior Cybersecurity Governance Specialist – Vulnerability Management

As a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Specialist – Vulnerability Management, you will lead the Vulnerability Management Program within the Cybersecurity Governance team and drive risk management decisions with IT and business leaders. You will consult on vulnerability remediation, configure and maintain vulnerability scanning and reporting tools, and update executive leadership on VM priorities and objectives. Experience in vulnerability management, networking, and penetration testing is desired alongside strong analytical, problem‑solving, and presentation skills.
