SimVentions, Inc. is seeking a Senior-Level Cybersecurity Engineer to join our on-site team at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required, and US citizenship is necessary to obtain clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 years program-specific security engineering in Navy afloat/tactical systems, or 10 years general security engineering.
• DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II certification or higher.
• Privileged users must have final adjudicated T-5/T-R with IT Level-1 in JPAS and OS/CE training within 6 months.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity and DoD IA policies for land and afloat systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity requirements, policy standards, and guidance for combat systems.
• Lead groups to develop cybersecurity strategies against emerging threats.
• Perform cybersecurity risk assessments and mitigation for combat systems.
• Document cybersecurity requirements, gap analyses, and threat analyses for systems.
• Develop MBSE models to perform cybersecurity analysis.
