We Are EXOS seeks a skilled Cybersecurity Engineer to own the security stack powering our SOC. You will keep detection and prevention tools healthy across client environments, report to the Security Operations Manager, and serve as the escalation point for analysts.

This hands-on role requires 5+ years in security or infrastructure engineering, with experience deploying, upgrading, and integrating tools, plus the ability to drive coverage improvements across multi-tenant deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT or security, including engineering or admin roles for security platforms (EDR, SIEM, XDR, SOAR, firewalls, IPS).
• Administration of DNS-layer and email security platforms such as Cisco Umbrella, DNSFilter, and Avanan.
• Strong networking fundamentals and Windows/Linux administration familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Own administration and health of the SOC security stack across client tenants (EDR, SIEM, XDR, SOAR, firewalls).
• Plan and deliver platform updates, agent upgrades, and policy changes with proper change control.
• Onboard log sources, maintain parsing, and ensure coverage aligns with CIS Controls and NIST CSF.
• Automate repetitive tasks with PowerShell or Python and collaborate on SOAR playbooks.
