Qualifications

• 7+ years of Cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years validating security controls via scanning tools, config review, and manual testing.
• 5+ years using RMF to obtain Authority to Operate.
• Experience with IaC development using Terraform and Ansible.
• Drafting/auditing SSPs and POA&Ms to explain risk to stakeholders.
• Ability to translate between developers and cybersecurity leadership.
• Translate technical configurations into audit-ready evidence for GRC tools (eMASS, ServiceNow).
• IAT II Certification and US Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and implement secure OS, networks, and security applications; incident response and forensics.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments at multiple levels.
• Support RMF lifecycle and ATO processes with continuous exposure management.
• Coordinate security control implementation with admins and engineers.
• Develop and implement security controls and operational risk mitigations.
• Prepare briefings for senior staff.
• Support ST&E activities and compliance reporting.
