SimVentions, Inc. seeks a Senior-Level Cybersecurity Engineer for 100% on-site work at NSWC Dahlgren, VA. Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility and US citizenship for clearance are required.

A Bachelor's in Cybersecurity is preferred. You will develop cybersecurity requirements and lead groups addressing evolving DoD threats and policies. Qualifications

• Five years of program-specific security engineering with Navy systems or ten years general security engineering.
• Must have IAT Level II (or higher) DoD 8570.01 baseline or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of DoD IA policies and able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop cybersecurity requirements, standards, and procedures for combat systems.
• Conduct cybersecurity research, analysis, and coordination for multiple classification levels.
• Lead groups to develop strategies against emerging threats.
• Analyze cybersecurity, policy gaps, and IT policy for combat systems.
• Perform cybersecurity system engineering design and documentation.
• Develop risk assessment analyses and mitigation plans for combat systems.
• Document cybersecurity requirements and gap/threat analyses for systems.
• Use MBSE models to perform cybersecurity analysis.
