Qualifications

- 5–7 years of focused experience in cybersecurity required.
- CISSP or CCSP certification is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and monitor enterprise security tools and controls.
- Support NERC CIP compliance, including documentation, audits, and remediation.
- Conduct vulnerability management, threat hunting, and incident response.
Skills
10+ years in IT / systems engineering
5–7 years focused on cybersecurity
CISSP or CCSP required
Experience with security platforms such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, NGFW
Strong understanding of IAM (OAuth, SAML, RBAC/ABAC)
Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001/27002, CIS
Proven experience supporting audits and regulated environments
