Job summary

ICI Services Corporation seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer for the U.S. Navy Aircraft Carrier Engineering Team, located at Washington Navy Yard, DC. The role supports mission-critical systems, requiring a hybrid schedule with three days in office and two remote.

Applicants must be eligible for an active DoD Top Secret clearance. The position emphasizes cyber defense engineering, RMF compliance, and integration of security across platforms, networks, and devices in line with NAVSEA and DoD

Qualifications

15 years of professional experience in computer design, software development or computer network security.
Experience in supporting U.S. Navy programs or operations.
Experience in Cybersecurity/Cyber Defense engineering and management.
Compliant with DoD/industry cybersecurity standards and frameworks.

Responsibilities

Review testing and validation to ensure system functionality and compliance with security standards.
Develop technical documentation including schematics, specifications, and system architecture diagrams.
Participate in engineering reviews, audits, and program milestone meetings.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Assist PARMs in obtaining ATO for aircraft carriers’ systems.
Work with stakeholders on cybersecurity of Carrier systems.
Provide technical support in system engineering design, network architecture and system security development for Navy cyber operations.
