Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years of experience supporting secure, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for hosting platform solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system performance and operational issues.
• Monitor system performance metrics and report anomalies.

Skills

Strong working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Experience with system hardening and patch management

Hands-on experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)

Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash)

Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Rapid7)

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
