Bloom Energy is hiring a senior cybersecurity/software engineer to define and drive the cybersecurity roadmap across cloud, edge, and DevSecOps initiatives. The role focuses on Secure SDLC, data protection, and securing the supply chain while mentoring engineers to embed security-by-design across teams.

The candidate will bring 8+ years in software/security engineering, deep cloud security expertise, and hands-on skills in Python and Bash, with potential Golang experience.

Formación

• 8-12+ years in software/security engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, and application security.
• Experience with IaC security, SBOM, and supply chain validation.
• Strong Python and shell scripting (bash) skills; Golang a plus.
• Solid understanding of standard SDLC practices.
• Proficiency with Git and familiarity with Jira, Confluence.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive cybersecurity roadmap (cloud, edge, IaC, application security, DevSecOps).
• Establish Secure SDLC practices and DevSecOps standards.
• Lead architecture for data protection (at rest / in transit).
• Drive supply chain security and validation strategies.
• Mentor engineers and embed security-by-design across teams.
