Job summary

Teladoc Health is advancing virtual care and invites a Cybersecurity Engineer III to strengthen AppSec across the SDLC. You will integrate SAST, SCA, and secrets scanning into developer workflows and contribute to DevSecOps automation.

You will monitor endpoint security with EDR, help secure medical device systems through risk assessments and enforce security controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time, remote role in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or related field plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Translate security findings into actionable engineering guidance for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to define and implement security solutions.
• Experience with security platforms (AppSec, DevSecOps, EDR) and applying security controls within medical device systems.

Responsibilities

• Integrate SAST, SCA, and secrets scanning tools into development workflows.
• Write basic scripts to automate security checks and monitor vulnerabilities in the SDLC.
• Maintain endpoint security by monitoring EDR alerts and enforcing application controls and threat detection across Teladoc Health fleets.
• Assist with risk assessments and documentation to demonstrate compliance with safety standards for medical devices.
