Ladders is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join a leading Healthcare-focused team. You will drive identity governance and access management onboarding across the enterprise, collaborating with architects and developers to assess requirements, design onboarding patterns, and ensure onboarding designs align with security standards and business needs.

This remote role involves translating discovery findings into delivery work that scales IAM services in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading IAM or IGA onboarding projects.
• Deep knowledge of identity governance and access management.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and SailPoint ISC.
• Experience evaluating applications for IAM integration.
• Knowledge of SailPoint ISC integration using API and file-based methods.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills.
• Able to manage complex onboarding initiatives independently.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

In this role, you will lead identity governance and access management onboarding efforts that strengthen security and support efficient application access across the enterprise. You will work closely with architects and developers to evaluate application requirements, shape integration approaches, and ensure onboarding designs align with both security standards and business needs. This position will also translate discovery findings into actionable delivery work that helps scale IAM services across a complex healthcare environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $117,600 – $161,700 annually

Responsibilities
