Attain Talent is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Disaster Recovery and Contingency Planning SME to lead a nationwide BIA, DRP, and ISCP program, guiding strategic and technical teams across geographies. You will develop policies, SOPs, standards, and templates aligned with NIST guidance, run tabletop exercises, and report progress to executives.

Qualified candidates bring 10+ years of experience, strong writing and communication skills, and a proven ability to coordinate multi-site continuity

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and large-scale continuity programs.
• Excellent writing and communication for executive audiences.

• Attain Talent is seeking a senior Cybersecurity Disaster Recovery and Contingency Planning SME to lead a nationwide BIA, DRP, and ISCP program.
• This role provides strategic and technical leadership across multiple teams and geographically dispersed stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage nationwide continuity initiatives from planning through implementation, quality assurance, and final delivery.
• Develop policies, SOPs, standards, and templates aligned with NIST SP 800-34, 800-37, 800-53, and related guidance.
• Facilitate tabletop exercises, track program completion, and provide executive status reporting.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of NIST frameworks and experience leading large-scale, multi-site continuity programs.
• Excellent technical writing, analytical, and communication skills for executive audiences.
