Job summary

KBR is seeking an experienced Security Controls Assessor Representative (SCAR) to provide AFLCMC/EZAS analyses and deliverables located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The successful candidate will develop RMF-based artifacts, perform in-depth security evaluations, and support risk management, certification, and authorization activities.

You will collaborate with program offices to ensure defense systems meet confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements, while addressing

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in information assurance and/or cybersecurity with BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
DoD 8140 IAM Level II required; familiarity with DoD 8500.01/8510.01, NIST SP 800-53, RMF.
Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to gain SAP

Responsibilities

Provide technical recommendations on security design implementations to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
Develop A&A package artifacts for assigned systems and brief decision makers (SCA/AO).
Conduct hardware and software assurance assessments.
Participate in RMF-based cybersecurity documents and continuous monitoring activities.
