Job summary

Defense Information Systems Agency seeks a senior IT leader to oversee configuration management for J6 network infrastructure and to drive long-range cyber security plans across hardware, software, and documentation. This role requires implementing policies, monitoring operations, and guiding security programs that protect critical DoD networks.

Applicants should have a strong background in IT policy, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT configuration management for J6 network infrastructure systems.
• Plan, develop, and maintain long-range cyber security plans and programs for hardware/software configurations and infrastructure.
• Formulate and implement policy for cyber security configuration control and assessment of equipment.
• Monitor information system operations including cybersecurity policy adequacy, planning, integration and requirements design.
• Direct development of J6 plans and procedures in security, COMSEC, TEMPEST, personnel, and physical security.
