Masimo Corporation seeks a Principal Cybersecurity Architect, Engineering to serve as a senior technical authority embedding secure-by-design principles across Masimo’s software platforms and SDLC. You will collaborate with software, algorithm, quality, regulatory, and product teams to ensure cybersecurity is integrated from architecture to deployment.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in secure software design and modern development practices.
• Proven ability to influence engineering through technical leadership.
• Experience with threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, risk-based decisions.
• Experience integrating cybersecurity into the full SDLC across platforms.
• Strong communication to engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive secure architecture strategies across cloud, desktop, mobile, and embedded software.
• Embed secure-by-design principles into engineering processes, including threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Partner with engineering leaders to integrate cybersecurity into CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows.
• Establish scalable product security standards, reference architectures, and guidelines.
• Lead technical reviews on application security, vulnerability management, and risk mitigation.
