Job summary

Yazaki North America, Inc. in Canton, Michigan, is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to join its Cybersecurity team. The successful candidate will analyze vulnerabilities, monitor threat intelligence, and support incident response to strengthen the organization’s security posture.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or Cybersecurity and progressive security experience, with preferred certifications such as CySA+, Security+, GCIH, or CEH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Progressive analytical experience in an enterprise IT or security environment.
• Advanced security certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, Security+, GCIH, or CEH are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze vulnerabilities, security trends, and emerging threats to identify risks and recommend remediation.
• Monitor threat intelligence sources and investigate potential security incidents.
• Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and security control validation.
• Partner with technical teams to identify, track, and resolve security risks.
• Support cybersecurity awareness, phishing testing, and continuous process improvements.
