Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Tier 2 Public Trust background investigation.
• Experience with STIG controls and audits as required by Government agencies.
• Knowledge of FIPS and NIST compliance and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and tune security content across NIDS/NIPS, HIDS/HIPS, and SIEM environments.
• Automate security processes through scripting to support operations.
• Integrate new systems with engineering teams and optimize performance of defense tools.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot cyber defense systems across servers, networks, and workstations.
• Perform resource utilization analysis and performance tuning of IDS/SIEM servers and apps.
