What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Monitor the threat landscape to identify new tactics, techniques, and procedures employed by threat actors


• Provide analysis and support to senior leadership, conveying threat intelligence for both technical and non-technical audiences


• Conduct research and collection across the intelligence spectrum to support requests for information from internal stakeholders


• Develop threat intelligence reporting based on research and analysis, both regularly and ad hoc


• Support Cyber Defense and Engineering teams during incidents, providing intelligence context and remediation recommendations

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of Cybersecurity experience


• 6+ years of combined experience in at least seven specified areas, including writing threat intelligence reports and briefing senior executives


• Experience using threat intelligence platforms and analyzing threat data


• Proven ability to analyze, track, and report on common threats and advanced threat actor groups


• Experience mentoring and supporting junior analysts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Security-related certificates such as GCTI, CISSP, GPEN, GCIH, GREM


• Experience in a government or military intelligence agency


• Knowledge of various APT, cybercrime, and other advanced threat actors


• Deep understanding of the current threat landscape and associated risks


• Proven ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from diverse audiences
