Job summary

The Sr. Analyst, Cybersecurity at TMRW Sports, Inc. is a hands-on security professional protecting people, technology, data, and live-event operations.

You will lead incident response, threat intelligence, and vulnerability management while maturing GRC and cloud security practices in a fast-moving sports and entertainment environment. You will translate risk into practical actions, support secure innovation, and collaborate across teams to strengthen organizational resilience and security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in cybersecurity/IT/CS/engineering or related field
• 5+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with hands-on security operations
• Understanding of how IT and security enable business operations
• Experience investigating complex security events and coordinating incidents end-to-end
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, phishing, malware, lateral movement, exfiltration
• Hands-on with SIEM, EDR/XDR, email security, vulnerability scanning, IAM, cloud security tooling

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response activities with evidence collection, scope analysis, and post-incident improvements
• Drive advanced threat intelligence and hunting strategies to enhance security posture
• Oversee vulnerability management from asset review to remediation coordination
• Mature GRC initiatives and align with frameworks and privacy requirements
• Develop and sustain IT security documentation and runbooks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners on security initiatives
• Participate in after-hours incident response as needed
