Job summary

MedPro Group in Fort Wayne, Indiana, is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst to lead high-stakes investigations, monitor alerts, and drive risk-based security improvements across the enterprise.

You will coordinate with IT and business teams, implement detections in SIEM, perform incident response, and contribute to audits and compliance. A CISSP or equivalent certification and 5+ years' experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze system alerts, assess risk and impact.
• Lead senior escalations for high-stakes security investigations.
• Collaborate with Threat Detection and Response to validate detections.
• Analyze phishing alerts, suspected malware, and security inquiries.
• Identify gaps and drive cross-functional corrective actions.
• Communicate risk and influence remediation across teams.
• Review threat intel and adjust defenses accordingly.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance and improve processes.
• Educate end users on security hygiene and awareness.
• Lead cybersecurity projects and evaluate new technologies.
• Assist with audits and due diligence responses.
• Maintain clear investigation notes and timely updates.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
