American Express Global Business Travel seeks an experienced cybersecurity professional to manage CyberArk Privilege Cloud in a large enterprise. You will oversee privileged accounts, secrets, access reviews, and incident response across global systems.

The role emphasizes PAM operations, scripting, cloud, and SIEM integration, with collaboration across teams. This is a full-time role based in the United States with a discretionary bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience managing CyberArk Privilege Cloud in enterprise environments.
• University degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Responsabilités

• Manage privileged accounts and secrets within PAM solution.
• Support access rotation, auditing, logging, and incidentresolution for privileged sessions and service requests.
• Conduct access reviews, audit assessments, and compliance reporting for privileged accounts and secrets.
• Identify security risks and develop actionable mitigations.
• Lead onboarding of accounts, servers, apps, and secrets to Privilege Cloud using CyberArk connectors.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive mitigations with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain documentation; conduct training on PAM use cases and SOPs.
