Job summary

Jazz Solutions Inc. seeks a senior CyberArk PAM Architect for a hybrid role supporting a large federal customer. You will lead architecture, engineering, operations, and integration across on‑premises and AWS GovCloud.

The role demands deep CyberArk expertise, security controls, and coordination with cybersecurity, IAM, and operations teams to meet NIST/FISMA/FedRAMP requirements and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in cybersecurity/IAM with 7+ years in CyberArk PAM engineering/architecture.
• Experience architecting CyberArk in large, regulated federal or AWS GovCloud environments.
• CyberArk certifications are preferred or strong: Lead/Architect level.
• Ability to lead complex troubleshooting, solution design, and mentoring/knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical authority for CyberArk PAM architecture, engineering, operations and enhancements.
• Architect and oversee CyberArk vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, privileged account lifecycle and DR.
• Design multi-tenant bureau segregation across Windows, Linux/Unix, mainframes and cloud.
• Ensure PIV/MFA/SSO, audit logging, and password controls.
• Lead HA/DR and RTO/RPO objectives for CyberArk in AWS/onsite environments.
• Integrate CyberArk with SailPoint, ITSM, Splunk, CloudTrail and related services.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to CyberArk engineers; perform RCA and knowledge transfer.
• Evaluate CyberArk changes for security, performance, and operational impact.
