Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to lead advanced offensive security engagements across diverse client environments. You will plan, execute, and oversee testing activities, applying intelligence-led methods to identify attack paths and evaluate security controls.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate remote and on-site teams, and translate findings into executive-ready reports with practical remediation guidance. A valid US driver’s license and travel up to 80% are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of offensive security experience.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing advanced red team engagements and adversary emulation.
• External and internal network penetration testing including AD, cloud, web apps, APIs, and mobile apps.

• Plan, lead, and execute complex penetration tests and red team engagements.
• Emulate realistic adversary behaviors and identify exploitable attack paths.
• Translate testing results into actionable insights and remediation strategies.
