Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Attack & Penetration Tester to strengthen client resilience through offensive security engagements across networks, cloud, web, and mobile environments. You will lead complex penetration tests and red team exercises, translate findings into actionable remediation, and mentor junior team members while aligning with engagement rules.

You'll operate within EY's global security practice, collaborating with diverse teams, and applying threat-informed testing using MITRE ATT&CK

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of offensive security experience.
• Hands-on planning and execution of advanced red team engagements.
• Experience in external/internal network testing and AD environments.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to executives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and execute complex penetration testing and red team engagements.
• Emulate adversaries to identify attack paths and weaknesses.
• Coordinate testing activities and mentor junior testers.
